I have had my fair share of impersonal, revolving-door doctors' offices in New York; so looking for a primary care provider with whom I really felt comfortable was a challenge to say the least. Based on recommendations I had read online, I decided to pay Dr. Mandal a trip for a medical issue I experienced earlier this year. After that initial visit, I have since been back to her office another two times-- one was a follow-up and the most recent was for a physical exam. While professional, Dr. Mandal also demonstrated kindness, true caring, and a willingness to listen each time I went to see her. She also gave me a couple of really great referrals for specialists, and I would definitely feel comfortable going back to her for all my primary care needs in the future.
