Feeling better already...
I've been feeling worried about something lately, and went to see Dr. Mandal to get a checkup. I always feel very comforted by the fact that she does the entire exam herself, and is happy to explain things to me if I ask. Although I don't have any results back yet, I feel better knowing that I've been poked and prodded by such a trustworthy doctor. Smart, Personable and Engaged in Her Work
I'm on my second year with Dr. Mandal. Her office is exceedingly inviting and her staff is friendly. She is very open-minded when listening to your ailments and your theories as to where you think they might come from. Coming from a small town where I used to have a very attentive doctor, I find this office and Dr. Mandal's demeanor very enjoyable. There aren't throngs of people waiting for hours to see her, and she gives you the attention you would hope to have when discussing your body. Dr. Mandal makes the process of seeing a doctor easy. Booking online and availabilities on short notice are so uncommon in New York City. Her small operation is perfect for personal attention and not a lot of wait time -- much unlike most doctors in New York. I am so happy to have found her! Great Doc
She is definitely first choice as a primary doctor. The office is clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful. I had a good experience there and would recommend her to others! Great with Patients

I was in search of a new primary care physician and conducted a search on line. Per all the reviews, Dr. Soma took time with her patients and worked within the scheduled time, all the while not rushing you. I am pleased to say that I agree. I found her to be very professional, thorough and timely. I have now found a new PCP and I recommend her to anyone in search of a new doctor. Regular check-up experience
Always a very comfortable experience with Dr. Mandal. She is very warm and engaging, even when busy. I've been late to appointments but she never appears to rush through or make me feel bad about my tardiness. She is very professional without being cold and distant, and personable without being too personal. The staff is also very pleasant. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Mandal. Thanks!
