Best PCP in Manhattan
Dr. Mandal is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen. Making appointments is easy I am able to get in quickly. She is highly respectful of her patients' time and I have never waited more that a minute or two to be seen. She listens well and is willing to engage in conversations and answer lots of questions. She is also willing to discus treatment options rather than just throwing prescriptions at me. I highly recommend her!! A Primary care with elegance No Star Rating for this Review
Dr. Mandal is amazing! The nature of her small practice allows her to focus on each patient. I never feel rushed, she answers all my questions and takes her time. She even returns phone calls personally! I am so glad I found her and I've recommended her to all my friends! Dr Soma has a great bedside manner. I appreciated that she answered my questions thoroughly. I also like Dr Soma forward and modern way of booking appointments online. However, I would like to get results electronically instead of or in addition to via traditional post. Seems like this would be in alignment with her online profile system. The best way would be for her to be able to integrate here internal electronic system with and external interface so that patients can see their record, including results from any tests. Dr. Soma Mandal has been my primary care doctor and also my husband's for over two years. She has allways been a good help for me and for my husband whenever we needed her: very helpful, knowledable, sensitive and organized. I could not ask for a better doctor. I had a truly positive experience. Dr. Mandal saw me on time, was articulate and efficient throughout the exam and I was treated quickly, thoroughly and courteously...an experience I have been long without in the New York health care system. The office was clean and warm and welcoming. It was an all around pleasant visit,which is remarkable considering how desperately unwell I was. Straight Forward
This was my first time seeing Dr. Mandal and I plan on keeping her as my primary care physician. I came to her with a slew of concerns to which she carefully listened, prioritized and addressed in a very immediate and direct manner. She even provided contact info for each of the additional specialists that were suggested. |
