Dr. Mandal was professional and friendly and answered all my questions patiently. Excellent Office Visit
It was a nice surprise to find a doctor with whom I felt so comfortable from the beginning. She was attentive to my comments, and was able to give me satisfactory advice and answers. She was Professional, Thorough and Caring. I am looking forward to future visits. Dr. Soma is a wonderful doctor
I went to see Dr. Mandal for a routine physical. I had not had a physical in several years because, as someone who has suffered recurrent miscarriages in the past few years, my attentions have been focused elsewhere. I found her very professional - she asked all the right questions, was thorough, and did not make any assumptions (about tests I had already had, approaches different specialists had taken, etc.). I found her very personable. In short, I found her a wonderful doctor and I plan to return to her. A FINE DOCTOR
Dr. Soma Mandal is a fine doctor. I was pleased with her professionalism on my first visit two weeks ago. She asked pertinent questions, took notes, and listened attentively to my answers and concerns. She gave me a thorough examination and had knowledgeable, adept answers for my questions. She called in a reasonable time with the results of my lab and physical examination. I am happy that she is my new doctor. Caring and Intelligent
I've been seeing Dr. Mandal for a few years now. She always makes the time to call back, which is particularly welcome when you're feeling at your worst! She is thorough, right on with her diagnoses, and follows through with referrals. Dr. Soma Mandal

Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion � it�s refreshing. My visit to your office was a pleasant surprise. You facility is neat, clean and appears well organized. Your staff was professional and cordial. Dr. Soma Mandal was professional and engaging. Although I was only there for a flu shot � a 5-minute appointment � I was treated with respect and efficiency. I would recommend Dr. Mandal to anyone who needs a primary care physician. In fact I have asked my wife to visit your office to evaluate for herself. The best kind of efficient
I chose Dr. Mandal's practice because of the online scheduling system. It's not the most modern-looking UI, but I'd never come across one before and now I'm astounded that not all appointment-based businesses use it. Face it, it's silly to have to check your schedule against the office's schedule over the phone and having to translate what you each see on your end. Dr. Mandal more than lived up to the promising start, seeing me on time and taking the time to answer any questions I had throughout the visit. She also gets back to you on any emailed questions really quickly. Thoughtful, thorough yet efficient service.
Dr. Soma Mandal is always thoughtful, thorough and efficient in her interactions with her patients. I've never had any qualms about discussing my health concerns with her, nor have I ever felt rushed. She has a very calm, soothing demeanor and is someone I can trust. |
