Dr. could have been a bit more friendly. Seemed too serious and a bit annoyed. Dr. Soma Mandal
Doctor is very good. Has kind personal style. Very knowledgeable. Quite a bit nicer and more personable than most physicians. Takes time to hear you out and discuss options. I did not have a physician and talked to many on the phone - hit the jackpot with her. Pleasant Surprise...
I went in for a flu shot recently and was greeted warmly by Dr. Mandal. When I got home, I pulled up my shirt sleeve to take off my band-aid and noticed she had given me a Spiderman Band-Aid. It's a very subtle thing, but it really brightened my day. Every experience I have had with her I have felt listened to and cared for, which I don't think happens as often as it should in medicine. She is always very professional and thorough, but still has a personality (i.e. Spiderman Band-Aid). I feel extremely lucky and thankful to have Dr. Mandal as my doctor. Dr Mandal
I recently had my first visit with Dr. Mandal and I thought she was professional and caring at the same time. Some doctors don't quite know how to find a good balance. I feel comfortable going back to her and would recommend her to others. Great Care and Service
As a patient for 2 years, I have only experienced great care and service at Positive Health Primary Care. Dr. Soma Mandal is professional, intuitive, has a great bedside manner and asks the right questions. I appreciate how accessible Dr. Mandal is to her patients, whether providing a high-quality referral or responding to a medical question. Additionally, her office staff is helpful and efficient. Dr. Mandal is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She gave me her full attention and answered all my questions and posed some valid questions herself before giving me my treatment. Dr. Mandal was highly recommended to me by a friend. When I saw her, she was very thorough, listened intently to my questions and concerns, and I felt very comfortable with her and in the environment.
